My gym for almost 3 weeks I like the clean and safe equipment. And the tranquility of this gym. The only downside is the TV which always broadcasts bad news.

Great gym. A little small but it's perfect for the clientele. It's a shame there isn't a monthly package because you have to pay a lot at once, but overall I'm very satisfied. 5 stars

I've been going there since May 2023 and I love this gym. The owner is really nice, very funny, and very attentive to his clients. The only slight downside is the stairs; I find them dangerous. There isn't enough room for two people to be on them at the same time, and there shouldn't be a handrail to hold onto when going up and down. I have a lot of trouble with them 😞 I'm always afraid of hurting myself, and in the winter I hope they clear the stairs of snow often 🤔

Fitness studio right in the heart of Ste-Agathe. A gym, basically! Louis, my trainer, is super friendly and competent, and he creates a personalized training program for you upon request. There's plenty of equipment, and the quality is excellent. Just use it! The place is spacious, very well-maintained, and spotlessly clean! Changing rooms and showers are easily accessible. There are also lockers, free Wi-Fi, and the option to purchase nutritional supplements, vitamins, etc., at reasonable prices. You can even use the equipment if you're not a member!

Sylvain is an excellent coach with a lot of experience. For a guy like me starting from scratch, it's fantastic to have found this gym. Get the annual pass and no excuses, you'll be thrilled!
